Reports by trainees

Our trainees and instructors will give you an insight into the world of professional training here.

Instructor for chemical laboratory assistans – Stefan B.

“Our chemical laboratory assistant trainees already receive solid basic laboratory training in their first year. After this comprehensive introduction, our trainees are introduced to Solupharm’s various company laboratories in their 2nd and 3rd year. This “circuit” helps to expand the abilities and skills already acquired and to acquire new knowledge.

We instructors always enjoy seeing young persons develop and look forward to their future careers. We are glad to support them.”

Instructor for machine and plant operators – Ingo M.

“At our company, trainees receive a lot of hands-on training on the machines they will be required to operate when they have completed their course. We have a large and varied machine park, so training is never boring. Our trainees switch between the packing and filling departments on a regular basis, which is a special challenge because of the clean-room conditions.”

Instructor for industrial clerks – Angela B.

“The vocational training is extremely varied and our trainees are trained in different administrative departments. This enables them to learn the procedures from reception of the customer order through to the delivery of the final product; it’s a pleasure to accompany and support the trainees in their professional and personal development. Working side-by-side in a team allows us to recognise the various individual strengths and skills of the trainees.”
